To get the cheapest flights avoid going out on a Friday and coming back on a Monday. Stick to flights from Tuesday to Thursday for your journeys. In general, Wednesdays is the cheapest day to travel. Make sure you read everything carefully and do not pay for insurance. National airlines often have better deals than the budget airlines, always check them out as well.
