Freight parking in Calais

New secure truck stop in Calais

All4Trucks is opening a multi branded truck stop in Calais, France which will feature completely secure guarded parking for 300 trucks. The 7.5 hectares site is near the ferry and tunnel terminals on the intersection of the A16 and A1. All services for trucks and drivers will be offered in a 24 hours guarded zone without interference from passenger cars or pedestrians.

The truckstop will offer 17 double pumps for diesel, gas oil and diesel dye, a 200 seat restaurant with bar, snacks, shop, TV rooms, internet facilities and ample wash facilities. Access to the premises will only be via card and video controlled sluices (enclosed cages gated at both ends), ensuring that all outdoor services are open to trucks and their drivers only. The site will be secured by a wall, a ditch and a fence. Cameras and security guards will achieve maximum security for trucks and loads.

The fee charged for parking will be € 2 per hour (the first hour will be free) and € 16 for a overnight stay. The parking tariff for a weekend will be € 20. A limited number of parking places will be rented out for a longer period, ensuring guaranteed availability for fleet owners as well as lower rates.
